What does the Trial include?
The 30-day Trial includes the desktop and console applications, a signed trial token, PDF output, and up to 5 source documents per batch. It is intended for evaluating representative HED files locally.
How does the Volume license work?
Volume is designed for archive migrations and defined document collections. It includes a fixed document allowance, one deployment, document conversion, and structured data extraction. The allowance and any additional volume are agreed individually, and the license does not expire.
How is commercial pricing calculated?
Quotes consider document volume, deployment model, number of installations or instances, scaling requirements, support, and SLA needs.
What is included in Professional?
Professional provides unlimited document conversion and structured data extraction for one production installation or runtime instance. It is valid for 12 months and includes updates and support during the active term, but does not include horizontal scaling across replicas.
When should I choose Enterprise?
Enterprise is intended for scalable or distributed environments. It supports unlimited documents, multiple application instances, Docker, Kubernetes, horizontal scaling, load-balanced processing, high availability, and custom support or SLA options.
What happens when a 12-month license expires?
Professional and Enterprise licenses require renewal to continue converting documents or extracting data. Documents and extracted data created during the active license period remain usable after expiration.
